This all plastic housing is designed to stand up to the most demanding industrial and commercial applications around.  Rugged, thick wall construction ensures years of trouble free service and the housing is rated at a full 150 psi.  Built with true union piping and drain connections, installation and operation is quick and easy.  With this feature the filter housing can be removed from the piping system without having to break down the piping system.  Just unscrew the assembly nut and  remove the connecting pipe.  The integral mounting base also makes for an easy installation and eliminates the need for extra cost support legs.  The housing has two bottom outlet connections so that either can be used as a drain connection.  This makes possible both in-line or loop piping installations.  The one piece, corrosion resistant plastic body has an extremely smooth interior surface that is very easy to clean. The housing comes standard with a plastic cover vent valve.

When combined with al plastic filter bags (see below). There are no metal components to rust or corrode. The unique, one-piece molded body of the PPL filter has no seams, welds or crevices and so is ideally suited to ultra-clean environments. The cover is hand-removable without the need for tools of any kind, and features an all-plastic, built-in vent valve with integral 1/4" pressure gauge tap. The two bottom pipe connections are interchangeable as outlet or drain, permitting easy, no modification in-line or loop piping arrangements to accommodate any installation design. For applications that require continuous flow, a duplex model is available. Here, the flow never has to shut down for bag change out. For contamination sensitive or severely corrosive filtration applications, POLYLINE is your best choice. 

The DURAGAF^TM range of filter bags, unlike many other types, have no corrodible parts and so re particularly suited to the polyline filter ranges above. All welded construction eliminates the bypass that can occur in standard sewn filter bags.  The proprietary welding technology used produces a super-strong seam that will stand up to the most demanding applications without failure.  The patented SENTINEL^® ring seal is standard on all DURAGAF filter bags.  This pressure actuated sealing ring actually improves its seal as the differential pressure increases. To help prevent unwanted fiber migration DURAGAF filter bags are manufactured with a proprietary downstream surface treatment.
