Orca-P cages for unrivalled flexibility and reliability 
Orca-P cages set new standards in all plastic cage design overcoming the problems associated with other deigns. 

The cage was developed in response to demands from the industry for a more easily manageable and robust design. The upright contains several patented features that have resulted in an adaptable design that can be fitted to any size of buoyancy pipe and handrail.
Key Features and innovations
Patented handrail support design enables handrail to be easily removed without cutting for repairs and cage access. A thru tee design is used for more exposed locations with the same flexibility of access (inset).
Upright can be easily fixed if damaged by boats etc. without the need to cut main buoyancy pipes or take the cage ashore.
Additional chamber serves to increase overall cage buoyancy and strength. 
Fabrication rather than rotational moulding equals thicker plastic, stronger materials and flexibility of design to build replacement stanchions for any make of cage.

Orca-S cages for serious work in severe environments. 

Wild environments require special cages where the farmer can get all the benefits of open ocean farming without the risks of structural damage. 

The picture below right shows a 3 ring, 400mm, 70 metre polyethylene cage built in the Canary Islands ready for launch. Designed for the large Atlantic swells experienced in the locality, the fish cage outperforms all others in terms of performance, ease of management and reliability. 

Our unique tube clamping and upright (stanchion) design is manufactured either from sand blasted, galvanised steel or for extra durability from 316 stainless steel. 

We recognise however that in a harsh marine environment, nothing lasts forever - this is why our design enables any repairs to be quickly carried out at sea, whilst the cage is fully stocked,  without the need to cut any tubes - and without the need to disturb your valuable fish!
